As Public Information Officer for the campaign, I bring more than 30 years of frontline public service experience to ensuring clear, accurate, and transparent communication with the people of Maryland. My career began in Florida, where I served as a Firefighter, Paramedic, and Fire Marshal, leading emergency response operations and advancing public safety initiatives at the community level.

Following my fire service career, I continued my commitment to public service at the federal level, working in Contract Acquisitions with the Department of War. There, I managed complex procurement processes, ensured regulatory compliance, and supported mission-critical operations.

This combined experience—operational leadership in high-pressure environments and federal-level administrative expertise—shapes my approach to communications: disciplined, responsive, and grounded in facts. As PIO, my focus is on delivering timely, credible information and maintaining transparency between the campaign and the public.
